Shipping policy
RIDEN — Shipping Policy Effective date: June 2026
Where we ship. We deliver to addresses across mainland United Kingdom. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or outside the UK, please contact contact@getriden.com before ordering for availability and timing.
Dispatch & delivery times. Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse in Salford, Greater Manchester. In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 1–3 business days of dispatch by tracked courier. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Shipping cost. Standard tracked delivery to mainland UK is free unless stated otherwise at checkout. Any surcharge for remote areas will be shown before you pay.
Tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact support@getriden.com with your order number.
Delivery of large items. Electric bikes, scooters and mobility scooters are shipped as large parcels. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If a delivery is missed, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
Damaged or missing deliveries. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it with the courier where possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos. If a tracked order is not delivered within the expected window, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
